Checking for Trainer/Training Site Conflicts

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab at the top of the window.
  2. In the Training Management section of the list, select Find > Training Session.
    Result: A list of training sessions is displayed.
  3. Click the Training No. link of the training session to be checked.
    Result: The Training Session record is displayed.
  4. Click the Check Trainer/Training Site Conflict link.
    Result: The Available Trainings list window is displayed.

NOTE: Click the Show Filter button to enter parameters to further filter the training sessions.

  1. Click the Show Calendar button to display the training sessions in a calendar format.
    Result: The training sessions are displayed on the calendar.

NOTE: Click the Include Holidays button to display known holidays on the appropriate days.

  1. Click the Show List button to go back to the Available Trainings list window.
  2. Click the Sign Up link to register for the appropriate training session.
